The Australian Disney Duck Tales set of toy premiums was issued in 1990.
They were available for purchase with any muffin or burger. The set includes:

Scrooge McDuck in his red car, Launchpad in his airplane,
Huey Dewey & Louie in a skid boat, and Webby on her tricycle.

The vehicles are made from hard plastic and the figures, which are removeable, are made from PVC.

Huey on Skates was then issued as a 1-piece under 3's toy made from PVC
which differed from the US release as the centres of the skate wheels are silver rather than black.

Picture Inserts were included in each packet which were not dated but were printed

A special tray liner was used during the promotion.
It featured a competition dated 1990 which was promoted by Kleenex Tissues®.

The Disney Duck Tales set of Happy Meal™ toys was originally catalogued in the McLerp Files as 1988.
The discovery of the tray liner, and an on-line 1990 YouTube video featuring Wilbur Wilde,
an Australian television personality advertising the Australian promotion, is thanks to Dave Waters.
