The Many Lives of Snoopy - Master of Disguise promotion consisted of
16 plush Snoopys each measuring approximately 10cms tall, dressed in various disguises:

Farmer, Joe Cool, Artist, Valentine, Diver, Chef, Baseballer, Flying Ace,
Astronaught, Singer, Detective, Author, Graduate, Scientist, Fireman, Juggler.

The toys were available for purchase but the price varied from state to state.
In Western Australia the cost was $1.95 per toy
with any burger or muffin purchase,
in the Eastern States the cost was $2.00 per toy with any menu item purchase.

McDonald's donated 10c from the sale of every Snoopy to the
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES

The release date varied from state to state. Two different tray liners and
adhesive 'footprints', stuck onto the store windows, were used to advertise the promotion
.

Release dates were: 6th July for Western Australia and 13th July in the Eastern States.

Stores displayed a poster of each Snoopy character as it was released.
The numbered posters are 1 metre long, some have
a picture of the character on one side only,
some have a picture of the character on one side and a picture of the full set on the other side.

A special tray liner was used which pictured the 16 different Snoopys
and also  included a coupon to send away to purchase a special hanger for the toys.

Special meal bags, drink cups and fries packets were used throughout the promotion.

In store giveaways included stickers, balloons and a colour-in sheet competition.

Some stores organised 'Swap Meets' for exchange, but not sale, of Snoopy toys
and these were advertised on a cardboard poster measuring 48cms x 73cms.

Stores also displayed a hanging, blow-up, vinyl Snoopy which measures 30cms tall.
